Dance Shoes

My Jazz Shoes are too big, can’t return them. Is there a solution?

I purchased a pair of Capezio Dance Shoes from Amazon(there is no place to be fitted around here). I got the first ones which were women’s’ and it said to get them 2 sizes larger than your street shoe, so I did. They were HUGE! So I sent them back and I ordered a unisex version, again 2 sizes larger. These ones fit a lot better than the others so I kept them, but now that I have danced in them, I have realized these too have a ton of room in the toe. I have been saving my foot from sliding by tying them as tight as possible, but this is uncomfortable and there is so much empty space in the toe. I can’t return them since I have worn them and it would be expensive to get another pair at the moment, is there any solution?
