What shoes should I wear with this dress?

I thought mabey converse like the pic but it’s for a semiformal dance so I thought no converse. I’m not really girly so don’t say this dress isn’t good for a semi formal
Some black flats would work, they’re better for a semiformal dance than sneakers but are still comfortable.
